These terms apply to the use of ventprosut.com and to text and phone communication with Vent Pros Utah Inc. ("Vent Pros Utah," "we," "us," or "our"). By contacting us or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Our services
Vent Pros Utah provides residential air duct (HVAC) cleaning and dryer vent cleaning in Utah County, Salt Lake County, and surrounding areas. We clean ducts and vents; we do not perform duct or vent repairs.
Quotes and pricing
Prices we give by text, phone, email, or through our website are estimates based on the information you provide — most often the finished square footage of your home and where your dryer vent exits. If conditions at the property differ materially from what was described, we will tell you before starting work and give you a revised price. You are free to decline at that point at no charge.
Some jobs — commercial properties, large multi-unit dryer vent work, unusually large homes, and roofs beyond safe ladder reach — are quoted individually rather than by our standard rates.
Scheduling and arrival windows
Appointments are typically scheduled Monday through Friday. We give an arrival window rather than an exact time, because traffic and prior jobs can run long. The window runs forward from the scheduled time — a 10:00 am appointment means our technician arrives between 10:00 and 11:00 am.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as you can.
Text messaging
If you text us, or call and we miss you, we may reply by text at the number you contacted us from. Some replies are sent automatically.

Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Access to the property
You agree to provide safe access to the areas being serviced, including the furnace, vents, dryer, and any exterior vent exits. Our technician may decline to perform work that cannot be done safely — for example, roof access beyond the safe reach of our equipment — and will tell you before starting.
Limitation of liability
We perform our work with reasonable care. To the fullest extent permitted by Utah law, our total liability arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
