Air Duct & Dryer Vent Cleaning in Herriman, UT
Herriman is full of newer homes, and new homes are one of the biggest reasons people need their ducts cleaned. Drywall dust, sawdust, and construction debris end up in the ductwork during the build and get blown through the house the moment the furnace or AC starts running for the first time. Most buyers never think to check. If you moved into a newer Herriman build in the last few years and have never had the ducts cleaned, there's a good chance they still have construction dust in them.
Many newer Herriman homes also have longer dryer vent runs or roof exits, which clog faster than a simple wall exit and are easier to forget about since they're less visible. We test airflow at the outside vent before we leave so you know it's actually fixed, not just cleaner-looking.

We just moved into a new build in Herriman. Do we really need duct cleaning already? Probably, yes. New construction is one of our most common calls because builders don't clean ducts before move-in.
Do you charge more for homes in the newer, larger developments? Air duct pricing is based on square footage, so larger homes cost more, but it's the same flat, no-surprise pricing everywhere we serve.
